George Strait fans along with country stars are rallying around the country for a movement that is quickly picking up steam. If you’re a George fan then you need to get on board with this.
I found out about this movement yesterday and here’s the lowdown.
* George Strait’s song “Give It All We Got Tonight” is currently number 11 on the country music chart.
* George Strait currently has 59 number 1 songs
* George Strait’s 61st birthday is May 18th
The movement is an effort to make “Give It All We Got Tonight” George Strait’s 60th Number 1 before his 61 st birthday.
Fans are asked to join the movement and get the word out by taking to social media by using the hashtag #60for60 on their Twitter and Instagram accounts, as well as posting on their Facebook pages.
As I mentioned before, fellow artists are joining the movement like Hillary Scott from Lady Antebellum.
